Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PhotoMuse (the "Service"), an AI photo enhancement service operated by Nexwit Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PhotoMuse enhances, restores and colorizes photos you upload, using automated AI processing. You receive a free watermarked preview; downloading full-resolution results requires purchasing credits.

2. Credits and payment

Credits are sold as one-time packs (e.g. Starter — 24 credits, Pro — 100 credits). No subscription, no recurring charges. We will never bill you again unless you make a new purchase yourself.
1 credit = 1 HD photo download. Credits do not expire.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Prices are shown in USD and may change; changes never affect credits you already own.

3. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email maxim@nex-wit.com from the address used at checkout (or include your access code) within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount of the pack. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to photos you upload and to the enhanced results.
You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit (they are yours, or you have permission).
Do not upload unlawful content, content that violates others' privacy or rights, or images of identifiable people to harass, deceive or harm them.
Uploaded photos and results are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we never share or sell them.

5. AI output

Enhancement is performed by AI. Results are probabilistic: quality varies with the source photo, and reconstructed details (especially in heavily damaged areas) are the AI's best estimate, not a factual record. If you are unhappy with a result, use the free preview before paying — and the refund policy after.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, bypass payment or preview limits, or use automated tools to submit bulk uploads without our written consent.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
