PhotoMuse is operated by Nexwit Ltd. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Short version: your photos are deleted within 24 hours, are never used to train AI, and we collect the minimum needed to run the service.

3. Cookies

We use one essential cookie (your session) and, if you arrived from an ad, Google's advertising cookies for conversion measurement. No third-party ad networks beyond Google.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Since photos self-delete within 24 hours and we hold almost nothing else, most requests are about email/credits — write to maxim@nex-wit.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Updates to this policy appear on this page with a new date.
